House rules
These homes are our own places — please treat them like a friend's.
The basics
- No parties or events — bookings are for the guests named on the reservation, up to the listed maximum.
- Quiet hours from 10pm — our neighbours are permanent residents.
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- Pets by prior arrangement only — ask before booking.
During your stay
- Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am (ask about flexibility — often we can help).
- Please report breakages when they happen — accidents are fine, surprises at changeover are not.
- Lock up and switch off when heading out; these are coastal homes and weather changes fast.
Check-out
- Leave dishes clean or in the dishwasher, pop rubbish in the outside bins, and leave the keys where you found them. The cleaning fee covers a normal clean — excessive mess may be charged.
